We make equity-based mortgage loans. Unlike banks, we focus our lending criteria based on the amount of equity you have in your home or commercial property and place less emphasis on your credit score or the ratio of your debt to your income.
Our loan rates and loan origination fees are flexible and vary depending upon our loan risk assessment and investor approval.
- Interest rates vary, but typically fall between 10.00%* and 15.00%*, depending on the investor, borrower qualifications, loan amount and purpose, property type, location, lien position, and term.
- Terms may vary between 6 months and 5 years, and are usually interest-only, depending on the investor, borrower qualifications, loan amount and purpose, property type, location, and lien position. Most Acuon loans have no pre-payment penalties.
- Points: 2 to 10 points charged, depending on the investor, loan amount and purpose, borrower qualifications, property type, location, lien position, and term.
- Fees: processing, underwriting, appraisal, title insurance, escrow, document preparation, recording, wire transfer, title messenger, survey, and other fees also apply when applicable.

Once you complete a loan application, we then go through an underwriting process that requires a property appraisal. Appraisals are paid by the borrower in advance. You should allow ten (10) business days from receipt of a loan application to receive funding.
