Acuon respects the privacy of both its borrowers and investors. We respect the need for confidentiality and will not disclose information to other parties unless it is required by state or federal law or is required by third parties in order to complete the loan/investment process.

Borrower's information will remain confidential. We will not sell, reuse, or distribute any information obtained in the loan process.

Investors who participate in the funding of Acuon 2nd trust deeds are also entitled to complete confidentiality. Acuon will not use any investor information to solicit other investors, nor shall we disclose the names of other investors who may participate in funding a loan.
